Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes! In order to have the privilege of trying on our wedding gown collection, you must book your personal appointment. One of our three private dressing parlors will be reserved for you, your closest friends, and your family. You may book your appointment by calling us at 2610-623188 or by filling out our online- book an appointment- form.  

Is there an appointment fee?

Yes, there is a fee of 30 € which covers your first appointment as well as the second, if needed, for the finalizing of the wedding gown. The fee acts as a down payment and is deducted from the total price of the gown.

What is the cancellation policy?

 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least a 72 hour notice in order to not lose your appointment fee. We work solely by appointment and therefore will make it more possible to fill in the vacancies.  

How far in advance should I book the appointment?

In order to ensure you are not rushed with your decision-making, we recommend that you begin dress shopping 6-9 months in advance of your wedding date. We do not suggest that you begin more than a year before your wedding date. It is very important that you have set your wedding date and your venue!

How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

As much as we love the idea of having all your friends and family be part of this special moment, we believe that during this intimate time too many opinions may end up overwhelming the bride.  We, therefore, advise no more than 3 guests for a lovely and welcoming experience.

What kind of experience should I be expecting?

Your appointment will be held in a luxurious and private space in the upper floor of our boutique. Upon arrival, you and your guests will have the opportunity to admire from up close our remarkable wedding gown collection. Our highly qualified stylists will be by your side guiding and advising you in finding the wedding gown of your dreams. We look forward to meeting you and learning more about your wedding! 

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

We suggest you wear nude undergarments as well as a strapless bra for a more comfortable experience. We do provide a high heel unless you have already purchased your wedding shoes, then, feel free to bring them.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Photographs are allowed only once you have chosen your wedding gown. Also, we strongly suggest that your stylist takes the photo for the better image due to lighting angles. 

What is the price range of your wedding gowns?

In our bridal boutique our gowns range from 1200 € – 5000 € where the majority of our gowns are between the prices of 1800 € – 2500 €.

Which is the payment plan for the wedding gown?

There is a down payment of 50% of the price of the wedding gown the day you decide to make your purchase. The final 50% of the payment is to be made the day you take your dream dress home.

Are there wedding gowns in your boutique besides the ones on your website?

On our website we have the majority of our wedding gown collection, but there are a few more which are available only in our boutique. For more information please feel free to contact us or book your appointment to see all of our beautiful collection!

Do you have wedding gown accessories?

In our boutique you can also find exquisite bridal accessories which will compliment and complete your bridal look. You can discover our accessories during your appointment, or even just passing by without an appointment. Our stylists may help by suggesting which accessories compliment the dress perfectly.

Are the alterations of the wedding gown included in the price and when do they take place?

Yes, alterations are included in the price of your gown. The dress fitting consists of about 2 or 3 fittings with our in house seamstress, and we recommend the final fitting to be as close to the wedding date as possible for ensuring the perfect fit for your wedding gown.
